Yoga wellness practices that work with your schedule and goals

This program connects students across Ukraine through structured online sessions that balance movement, breathing techniques, and practical wellness knowledge you can use daily.

12weeks

Structured progression

Sessions build on each other. Week one covers foundational postures and breathing patterns. By week twelve, you'll have a personal practice routine that fits your body and lifestyle.

3hrs

Weekly commitment

Two live sessions plus one recorded practice session each week. Schedule flexibility means you can join from Kyiv, Lviv, or anywhere with reliable internet.

8students

Small group format

Limited enrollment ensures instructors can observe your form through video and offer specific adjustments. You'll also learn from watching others work through similar challenges.

24access

Recording library

All sessions recorded and available for six months after completion. Useful when you need to review a specific technique or practice on your own timeline.

Two learning tracks depending on where you're starting

Both paths cover the same core material but adjust pacing and emphasis based on prior experience.

Foundation track

Body mechanics first

Weeks 1–4 focus on safe alignment in basic poses. You'll learn how joints move and where you should feel effort versus strain.

Breathing coordination

Weeks 5–8 introduce pranayama techniques synchronized with movement. Breathing patterns that calm the nervous system or energize depending on what you need.

Personal routine building

Weeks 9–12 help you design a 20-minute daily practice. Instructors guide you in selecting poses that address your specific tension patterns or flexibility goals.

Advancement track

Refinement and variation

Weeks 1–4 work on subtle adjustments in familiar poses and introduce more challenging variations. Focus on precision rather than just holding positions.

Advanced breath control

Weeks 5–8 explore retention techniques and alternate nostril breathing. These practices require more concentration and produce noticeable effects on mental clarity.

Sequencing knowledge

Weeks 9–12 teach you how to construct balanced sequences for different purposes. You'll understand why certain poses follow others and how to adapt for injuries or energy levels.

What changes over twelve weeks

Students often notice physical changes first—better sleep, less shoulder tension, easier movement in daily activities. Mental shifts take longer but tend to stick.

The program doesn't promise transformation. It offers tools and consistent practice time. What you build from that depends on how you apply it outside of class.

Weeks 1–4

Building baseline awareness

You're learning what your body can do right now without forcing. Instructors correct form frequently. Some poses feel awkward. You're figuring out how to breathe while holding positions.

Weeks 9–12

Practicing with intention

Poses feel more natural. You know which modifications you need and when to push slightly versus when to back off. You're noticing patterns—certain poses calm you down, others wake you up. You have preferences and a practice that reflects them.

Questions students ask before enrolling

Do I need equipment or a dedicated space?

A yoga mat is essential for grip and cushioning. You'll also want two blocks and a strap, which cost around ₴800 total if you buy basic versions. Space-wise, you need enough room to lie down with arms extended—roughly 2 meters by 1 meter of clear floor.

What if I miss a live session?

Recordings post within two hours of each session ending. You can watch on your own schedule, though you'll miss real-time feedback on your form. Try to attend at least one live session per week to maintain connection with instructors and other students.

How physically demanding is this?

Sessions include rest periods and you control your intensity through pose variations. Expect to feel muscles working and some fatigue afterward, especially in the first few weeks. Soreness is normal; sharp pain is not. Instructors teach you the difference.

Can I join if I have an injury or chronic condition?

Depends on the specific issue. During enrollment, you'll fill out a health questionnaire. Instructors review it and may ask follow-up questions. Some conditions require medical clearance. Others just need modifications, which instructors provide during sessions.
